Pastor Tanesha Owens
Senior Pastor
Pastor Tanesha Owens is a native of Stamford Connecticut. She is a faithful servant to the Kingdom of God and a Shepherd after God’s own heart. She accepted the Lord as her personal Lord Savior in her teen years at the Jesus is Lord Tabernacle of One Accord Deliverance Center, under the leadership of Pastor Herlene F. Streeter.
In 1997 Tanesha joined Victory Temple Church under the leadership of Apostle Cheryl Jones, where she faithfully served in several capacities until being installed as Pastor in 2009. Pastor Tanesha served as the Pastor of Victory Temple until Rebirth Healing and Deliverance Ministries was birthed in 2012.
Pastor Tanesha earned her Certificate of Biblical Studies in 2009, her Bachelor of Theology in 2017 and Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling in 2024. She currently serves under the tutelage of Bishop Christopher J. Hodge of New Day Tabernacle Cathedral in Plattekill, New York.
Pastor Tanesha’s mission is to reach those that are spiritually bankrupt, with a message of Victory through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Pastor Tanesha has a tremendous passion for God’s Word. The Word she brings forth is ignited by the Holy Spirit to enrich, challenge and inspire the hearts and souls of God’s people. Pastor Tanesha lives the life she preaches by example and with integrity. Her desire is to not only see people saved but to see all God’s people delivered. Joel 2:23 states “And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.

Michael is the proud husband of Tanesha Owens whom he effectually calls “Cakes”. He was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in North Carolina. In the late 1990’s Michael was on his way to a bar one night where he was going to get into a brawl. The Lord had his friend John Davis stop him in his tracks and he invited him to come to his house, it was there that John’s father, Pastor Raymond Davis shared the Word of the Lord to him, and he gave his life to the Lord. Michael’s life was changed, and he never looked back.
In 1998 Michael became a faithful member of Mount Nebo Holy Bible Church of God, under the leadership of Pastor Leo Dawson, where he served as the head Deacon and van driver. In 2004 Michael became a member of the Church of the First Born Full Gospel Deliverance Church in Fayetteville North Carolina where he served as a Minister in Training under the tutelage of Bishop Tresvain Cain. Michael is a student of the Word he currently has an Associates in Biblical Studies and a Bachelor of Theology from Christ Theological Seminary.
In 2005 Michael met Tanesha Owens while driving trucks. He visited Victory Temple one Sunday morning and Tanesha was presiding over the youth service, and he knew then that she would one day be his wife. Today they both serve as Senior leaders of Rebirth Healing and Deliverance Ministries. Michael enjoys studying Biblical History, listening to old sermons from Williams Marrion Branham and listening to Quartette music, his favorite scripture is Isaiah 59:14-15 And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the Lord saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.

Senior Pastor
